Prior to founding Interplay Ventures, Wiesen was a partner at RRE Ventures and a co-founder of Lefora, a platform for creating online discussion forums.

Interplay Ventures has had several successful exits, including the sale of SnipSnap, a mobile coupon app, to Slyce in 2015, and the acquisition of Worktopia, a corporate travel management platform, by BCD Travel in 2010. Interplay Ventures continues to be an active investor, having recently participated in funding rounds for companies such as Brainly, a global learning platform, and Perch Interactive, an interactive retail technology company.
